The risotto with mushrooms is a classic dish in Italian cuisine but always good to taste and very easy to preparare.Gli ingredient that we need for 4 people are:
-400 g arborio rice, mushrooms
1 liter of vegetable broth
-garlic-shallot
- a glass of white wine-butter
-Parmesan cheese grattugiato
-prezzemolo
-olio extravergine d’oliva(per i funghi)

La prima cosa da fare sarĂ  preparare i funghi champignon che puliremo,taglieremo e verseremo in una padella con un po’ di olio extravergine d’oliva,un aglio ed una spolverata di prezzemolo,faremo cuocere fino a che i funghi perdano tutta la loro acqua naturale.

In una padella metteremo a rosolare uno scalogno assieme ad  una noce di burro.
Butteremo il riso e lo faremo rosolare.

Aggiungeremo i funghi

ed il bicchiere di vino white (preferably one that will taste after a meal) and we will fade.

and repeat this process every time the rice is dry.
