was a bit 'of time that I wanted to prepare this cake, but a simple taste delicato.La preparation is facilissima.Vediamo :

-210 00 grams of flour

-160 gr cornmeal type foil

-200 grams of sugar cane

-110 grams of butter

-1 packet of baking powder

-3 eggs -1

bag Vanillin

-1 pinch of salt

Melt the butter

and mix it with sugar cane,

sifted flour 00

together with the baking powder, vanilla e la presa di sale.

Imburriamo la tortiera ed infariniamo,versiamo l’impasto

e lasciamo riposare 15 minuti.

Inforniamo a 180° per 30 minuti.Lasceremo raffreddare

e  cospargeremo con dello zucchero a velo.
