La crema pasticcera è una delle creme più utilizzate in pasticceria ed è molto facile di preparare.Gli ingrediente necessari sono questi:

-6 tuorli

-1 baccello di vaniglia

-500 ml di latte

-50 gr di farina

-150 gr di zucchero

In un pentolino metteremo ad scaldare 500 ml di latte(di cui toglieremo e metteremo da parte mezzo bicchiere di latte a temperatura ambiente) ed aggiungeremo al latte caldo un baccello vaniglia.Appena starts to boil turn off the heat and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
