Ingredients che ci servono sono i seguenti:
-80 gr di ricotta
-100 gr di zucchero
-4 uova
-1 arancia
-170 ml di olio di semi di arachidi
--330 gr di farina
-1 bustina di lievito per dolci
-1 pizzico di sale
-1 bustina di vanillina
-zucchero a velo
In una ciotola mescoleremo la ricotta
con lo zucchero,
le uova,
il succo di 1 arancia e la scorza grattugiata,
l’olio di Peanut,
flour,
the baking powder plus a pinch of salt
and vanilla.
Mix all ingredients well.
Butter the cake pan for the cake and sprinkle with flour to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
Pour the batter
and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
