It was a long time since I went to Premiere in Circondaria away, and frankly I found it slightly improved with this new management. The environment has not changed and I'm not crazy. His style is not defined which should be given a refresher, but since there's a full house every night this may seem a false problem. As for the dishes, I can assure you that the pampers are excellent, crisp, perfectly cooked and not greasy. They are served with a proper dose of ham and cheese and the end are not thinking too much. The appetizer sausages, ham aside, I'm not a much, but in general this type of pizza it is difficult if not impossible, to find a decent sausage and a finocchiona and in fact discourage them there. Pleasant surprise the presence of burrata on the menu, I always welcome ingredient.
The pizza was not bad, the food and willingly although high is not heavy, but the dough is nice and tasty, as well as condiments, abundant and quality.
prices are within the range of pizzerias in Florence, not greedy, but even good.
What's left to be desired and I am sorry to say, because the owner was very polite, was the service: we waited over half an hour's bitter even though the last in the room.
The final cost was 22 € having eaten a nice appetizer, pizza and a good dose of wine, coffee and bitter. Maybe a little too much for the place where we were and the service received, but in the end, we ate well.
Recommended for a table of friends, or a pizza fast, not recommended for an intimate dinner or effect.
